John is the Chief of Staff at Wadhwani AI Global, where he drives culture-building and operational excellence to strengthen leadership alignment and organizational efficiency. With a Master’s in Hospitality Administration specializing in HR, he brings expertise in strategic planning, board governance, compliance, and people-centered operations.
Since joining Wadhwani AI, John has supported the CEO, Chief Scientist, and senior leadership, building a strong foundation in governance and cross-functional coordination. As Chief of Staff, he serves as a strategic partner to leadership—streamlining decision-making, enabling collaboration, and ensuring priorities translate into execution. He plays a key role in advancing Wadhwani AI Global’s mission of People First AI by aligning strategy, governance, and culture with organizational goals.

Mili is the AI Transformation Lead at Wadhwani AI Global, where she works to make technology inclusive, accessible, and intersectional. With over three years of experience in the development sector, she has led AI-driven healthcare programs with India’s Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, served as Chief of Party for a USAID-funded initiative to preserve the cultural heritage of a marginalized diaspora, and contributed to the development of India’s Digital Public Good for the Language Stack and the IndiaAI Mission.

Kanishk is an AI Transformation Lead at Wadhwani AI Global, where he builds and scales AI solutions for social good across health, education, and agriculture. With over a decade of experience, he has led the development of computer vision–based healthcare AI with India’s Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and AI-driven solutions for higher education with the Ministry of Education.
Kanishk has also partnered with governments to scale foundational literacy and numeracy programs, drawing on his early experience as a Gandhi Fellow teaching in under-resourced tribal schools—an experience that anchors his ability to blend last-mile understanding with technological expertise to deliver impact at scale.

Prasaanth is an AI Transformation Lead at Wadhwani AI Global, with over eight years of experience driving AI and digital health innovation. Since 2018, he has led the design and deployment of AI products for tuberculosis and maternal health in collaboration with governments, multilateral agencies, and global health organizations. His work bridges product design, policy, and implementation—ensuring that technology is not only scalable but also deeply responsive to public health needs.
At Wadhwani AI Global, Prasaanth focuses on translating research into sustainable, data-driven solutions that strengthen health systems and create lasting impact in underserved communities. His experience reflects a strong commitment to advancing People First AI that improves lives where it matters most.
